How to activate?

1. Mobile Web service

Please call Customer Services to instantly activate your Mobile Web service – on 322 from your Lyca Mobile or 0207 132 0322 from any other phone

2. Set up Mobile Internet.

Once you have activated your SIM, simply select your mobile below to get instructions on how to set up Mobile Internet.

Payment Card Consent Terms

1. Lyca Mobile will store your card details including name and card number.
2. Your payment card details will be used only for:
- a. Auto Renewals/ Bundle subscriptions; and
- b. Auto Top Ups.
3. You can remove your payment card details at any time you choose, either through Customer Services or via your own online ‘My Lyca Mobile Account’.
4. Your consent for Lyca Mobile to store your payment card details is valid for 365 days unless you remove your consent as detailed in point 3, above.
