Each bundle will allow you to call Landline and Mobiles at a flat discounted rate without a connection charge to the Polish major Networks. If the offer includes unlimited minutes or texts, Fair Usage Policy applies (3,000 minutes/month or 3,000 texts/month). The price included VAT. Each bundle could be purchased via a one off payment using the existing top up balance. You will be able to activate the same bundle up to 5 times in the same period. All the bundles will be auto subscribed on expiry. Customers must keep the required balance to activate the bundle. Any calls after the bundle allowance, will be charged on the Standard rate. The bundles do not include calls and SMSs to special and Premium numbers as well as MMS services. Any unused minutes after the validity period will not be carried forward. Lyca Mobile reserve the right to amend or vary the terms of this promotion, or to withdraw this plan at any time on reasonable notice for Customers. Any illegal, misuse or unethical activity will result in immediate suspension of the service.

Where the Customer has two active bundles with either inclusive national and/or international minutes, the national minutes will be deducted first from the bundle with the earliest expiry date.

From 24/10/2018, any customers who buy one of our Polish bundles (TO ALL XS, S, M, L, XL) may be able to use their bundle allowances while roaming in the EU/EEA countries . Customers are advised that there is a maximum usage capping is applied for the data while roaming in the EU/EEA for the bundle TO ALL (XS) limit of 1GB data, TO ALL (S) limit of 3.9GB data, TO ALL (M ) limit of 4.9GB data, TO ALL (L) 7.65GB data, TO ALL (XL) 9.6GB data. Once customer used the given EU data allowance the remaining data from the bundle will be charged at 1.65 gr /MB. The Lycaworld bundle allowance are valid for 30 day period from date of activation. Once the bundle minutes have been consumed the customer will be charged at the standard rate. Your Lycaworld bundle minutes can be used to call from Poland to other Lyca Mobiles in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Norway, Germany, Ireland, Italy, France, Tunisia, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Portugal, UK, USA & Macedonia.

Lycaworld bundle is only for the calls originated from Poland and cannot be used while roaming in one of the Lyca Mobile country.

The unlimited Lyca Mobile to Lyca Mobile in Poland calls allowances, subject to a fair usage of 3000 per customer per month.

You will be able to activate the same bundle up to 5 times in the same period. All the bundle will be automatically renewed after 30 days – ensure that you have sufficient balance to renew the bundle.

Lyca Mobile data bundles are offered in PLN 2, PLN 3, PLN 5, PLN 7, PLN 10, PLN 15, PLN 25, PLN 35 and allow you to access mobile data up to 100 MB, 300MB, 1GB, 2GB, 3GB, 5GB, 7GB and 10GB respectively. Any remaining allowance after the validity period will not be carried over into the next period should the customer renew their bundle. Other usage and usage in excess of your allowance will be charged at standard rates. The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. A customer will be able to activate the same bundle up to 5 times in the same period. In the case of using the data transfer before the validity period of the bundle, a client may also activate one of the Data Bold-Ons to be able to continue to use the Internet at a discounted price.
